“Hatha in the Salt Cave” with Sara is a wonderful class! It’s a relaxing, meditative, embodied class in a magical setting. The salt cave clears your sinuses. The movements strengthen your body and help you be present. The sound bowls and Sara’s singing at the end of class along with the running water was absolute magic. Thank you for designing such a thoughtful and healing yoga experience.
